"My 2 favorite art museums are the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth and the Kimball Art Museum. Both museums do a nice job of making the art relatable to children with children’s scavenger hunts and on site docents. My children enjoyed the Modern’s exhibits as they were so unique & different. They have works by Pablo Picasso, Jackson Pollock, Mark Rothko, & Andy Warhol."

"Closed Mondays, New Year’s Day, July 4, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Fort Worth has several great museums, but the Kimbell is probably the best-known. In fact, it’s routinely called one of the best small museums in the country."

"The National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame is a museum and association which honors women of the American West who have displayed courage or spirit and who have distinguished themselves while exemplifying the pioneer spirit. The girls were very excited to visit the National Cowgirl Museum in Fort Worth, TX. We arrived right when they opened at 10 am and were the only ones there. The museum is nice, but not very big."
