"It is a paved 2-mile loop hike that begins right by General Sherman Tree. You can see other trees such as “The President” (the 3rd largest tree in the world) and “the House” and “the Senate”, two beautiful dense groves of giant sequoias that are overwhelming in their winter splendor. Similar to General Sherman, the hike is not particularly steep or difficult, but the winter conditions may make it difficult, so prepare with either crampons if icy or snowboots or snowshoes if really snowy."
