"The Mall at Millenia is a soaring, dazzling shopping venue that houses an impressive collection of couture designers, luxury retailers, and familiar department stores. Fashionistas love the exclusive stores and trendy boutiques, and there are plenty of eateries and full-service dining options, too."
"Located to the northeast in Orlando and just a few minutes away by car, Orlando Fashion Square can be your next stop if you want to do some light shopping. Regardless of whether you want to buy jewelry, or you’re looking for training shoes, this mall has got you covered. There are events held here every season and you can check out their movie theater as well."
"Now for the strangest mall in Orlando, the Fashion Square Mall over by Winter Park. This is by far the weirdest mall I’ve ever been to, and no matter what day or time you go, it’s always eerily empty. Aside from a couple of good staples, like a Macy’s and a Hot Topic, the mall consists almost entirely of off-brand stories, quick-service restaurants."
"Orlando Fashion Square can be found in Northeast Orlando, a stone’s throw from Orlando Executive Airport. Whether you’re searching for a pair of new trainers, some new jewelry or a spot of lunch, there’s always a wide choice available. Seasonal events are held at the mall and there’s also a movie theater."
"Located in downtown Winter Park, this shopping district is ideal for those who want a leisurely and authentic local shopping experience. This unique shopping experience combines fashion, fine dining, as well as art all in one. A cool, shaded park where art festivals and concerts are held make this quaint shopping district come alive."
"Central Florida’s shopping, dining, and cultural showcase, Park Avenue boasts more than 140 boutiques, sidewalk cafes, and museums. This signature shopping street is bordered by stunning oak-canopied Central Park which plays host to seasonal art shows, concerts, exotic car shows, and fashion events."
"Waterford Lakes is relatively sprawling for a walkable, outdoor shopping center, and it could use some shade, but the "camouflaged" rock speakers piping in music as you stroll its sidewalks are a nice touch. The concentration of shopping, however â€" big-box operations like BestBuy, Bed, Bath & Beyond and Super Target, mall-staples that include Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works, chain restaurants such as Five Guys Burgers, California Pizza Kitchen and Miller's Ale House, and even small, specialty food shops like Sweet! By Good Golly Miss Holly â€" makes it a natural one-stop venue for area residents looking to knock a few errands off at once and grab something to eat in the process. Interestingly, Waterford Lakes also hosts quite a few events, farmer's markets, carnivals and festivals, which can make your regular weekend visit into a more pleasant diversion than expected."

"We love touring historic homes so we were very happy to see that the Pritchard House Museum was having a “sneak peak” of the property. Usually tours are by appointment, but on the day we were exploring downtown Titusville the home was open to visitors. We didn’t get a full tour (which usually runs about 90 minutes), but got a good taste of the home and Pritchard family."
"The Pritchard House is an outstanding example of Queen Anne architecture, a distinctly American form that was popular from approximately 1876-1910. The house appears today much like it did when it was built in 1891. Tours conducted by costumed docents can be scheduled daytime, evenings and weekends."
"The Pritchard House is a fine example of Queen Anne architecture; built for Captain James Pritchard in 1891. The authentically restored house is completely furnished with period furniture, accessories and interesting collections."
"A celebrated and self-taught artist, Earl Cunningham was best known for stunning coastal landscapes, not just of those he witnessed in Florida but also in Georgia, Maine, Michigan, New York, North and South Carolina, and even Nova Scotia. Since 1998, his work has been preserved, exhibited and interpreted by The Mennello Museum of American Art, which is part of Loch Haven Cultural Park just north of downtown Orlando. In addition to its permanent Cunningham exhibit, this museum hosts a rotating lineup of temporary exhibitions, enriching programming and educational initiatives, as well as the Marilyn L. Mennello Sculpture Garden."
"Originally established to preserve Earl Cunningham paintings, The Mennello Museum of American Art, housed in what was once the private home of Howard Phillips, uses its unique space to display American art of all genres and time periods. Marrying art and nature, visitors have the opportunity to experience exceptional exhibits with the beautiful backdrop of Lake Formosa. The Smithsonian American Art Museum Affiliate showcases notable exhibitions, but just as lovely is enjoying the grounds with a picnic lunch and reveling in the charm of the 350-year-old live oak affectionately deemed “the Mayor."
"The Mennello features American art of all genres and is home to a permanent collection of paintings by "primitive" artist Earl Cunningham. Outside, a lakeside sculpture garden is where the Mennello hosts the annual Indie Folk Fest, held the second week in February. Every second Sunday is Family Day, which brings child-friendly activities and free admission with mini-tours for kids in the afternoon."
"This two-story restaurant, tucked away less than 30 minutes outside of Orlando is certainly a crowd favorite. With chickens roaming around and unique and eclectic decor choices such as a VW bus in the outside dining area, Yellow Dog Eats has a hippie vibe that will have you wondering how far you drove out of Orlando. They are known for their unique BBQ sandwiches, such as “The Rufus.” This pulled pork sandwich is topped with Brie cheese and cherry pepper rings, then covered in raspberry melba."
"This charming, off-the-beaten-path venue is charming and rustic, evocative of some diamond-in-the-rough surprise you'd stumble upon while road tripping. Its food is surprising, too. Sandwiches, salads, scrumptious starters and a whole lotta barbecue (which is primarily what landed it on the "Homestyle" list)."
"Housed in what was once a general store, with a tin roof, courtyard dining, an old school locker filled with bottled beer, and an eclectic mix of quirky, dog-inspired decor, this laid-back boho Orlando gem serves..."

"This cute cafe located in Edgewater Drive is a great spot for enjoying weekend brunch. They have couches and antique tables, making you feel like you are in someone’s cozy home. They opened last year and offer a great brunch menu and local beers."
